I Pity A Fool Named Bursaspor

So I just watched the Champions League draw in the law school library. I had one eye on the laptop and one eye on "Legal Writing and Analysis". I'm obviously a bad student.

Unfortunately, it seems most of the groups are pretty straight forward. In fact, I'm pretty confident I can say right now which 16 teams will be in the group stage:

Group A: Internazionale and Tottenham Hotspur (Whatever, I like Spurs.)

Group B: Lyon and Benfica

Group C: Manchester United and Valencia

Group D: Barcelona and Rubin Kazan (Yes, Rubin Kazan.)

Group E: Bayern Munich and Roma

Group F: Chelsea and Marseille

Group G: Real Madrid and AC Milan

Group H: Arsenal and Shakhtar Donetsk

I'm confident about at least 13 of those calls. So I guess wake me up when the next draw happens.

Also, I'm not at all thrilled to be playing Rangers, who will surely park the bus twice.

Abandoned

I totally forgot I had a blog, and now I'm in law school.

That's my bad.

Here's what's happened while I was away from blogging:

Spain won the World Cup.

Manchester United signed a former homeless person.

I'm going to say that's about it.

Today is the Champions League draw, which is really exciting even though I'm convinced it's fixed. In fact, I'm sure Real Madrid will end up against either Internazionale (Jose Mourinho) or Manchester United (Ronaldo). That will be high drama and I really hope it's United.
